EBrake is a small program that copies DVDs to files that can be watched on your computer. It does so in a highly-automated and highly-opinionated way. As such, it is *not* a replacement for programs like Handbrake if you care deeply about what you are doing.
Instead, use EBrake if you have a bunch of DVDs and you want to get them off of physical media in a form that's easy to watch on multiple players, and you have no interest in learning the deep mysteries of codecs and device support.
